- Email and communication: Google Workspace for business email and Slack for internal team communication.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled.
- Forms: Fluent Forms for our contact form, hosted on our own servers.
- Email marketing: Mailchimp, only if you opt into our newsletter.
- Payment processing: Stripe for client invoices. We do not store payment card data ourselves.
5. Cookies
We use cookies for site functionality (login sessions, form state) and for analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the site may not work properly without them. We do not use third party advertising or remarketing cookies.
6. Your Rights

We keep your inquiry data for as long as you are an active client, plus 7 years after your last project for accounting and legal purposes. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time, after which we delete the email address from our active list within 30 days.

Some of our service providers (Google, Stripe, Mailchimp) are based in the United States or transfer data to the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other approved transfer mechanisms to protect your data when it crosses borders.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be at this URL with the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients and newsletter subscribers.
